Shipping & Return Policy
Standard orders with no personalized items are shipped out via USPS First Class Mail within 3-5 business days. Custom orders with personalized items are shipped out 7-10 business days after proof approval via USPS First Class Mail. Once orders have been shipped an email will be sent out with a tracking # for your convenience.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You may cancel your standard order, with no personalized items, before it ships. If you need to return your item after you have received it, please contact us. Orders may be returned for a refund or exchange (max of 1 exchange), less shipping cost, if the items are in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. If you received a damaged product or believe your item to be defective, please contact us. Your order will then be sent back for inspection, approval and replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of the order, cancellations are only possible before the items have been personalized.
